many more, announces the addition of Virgin Megastores as a lead sponsor. Virgin Megastores will feature concerts by headline
performers (to be announced) at both the Jazz Improv LIVE! kickoff party,
Thursday evening October 25 at the Virgin Megastores Times Square location
(1540 Broadway, between 45th and 46th St.), and at the Jazz Brunch at the
Union Square location (Broadway & 14th St.) on October 28. Performance will
be open exclusively to convention attendees. Advance registration to Jazz

The first annual Jazz Improv® LIVE! - Convention & Festival 2007 will take
place this autumn in New York, October 25-28, 2007, at The New Yorker Hotel
and Manhattan Center, at 34th Street & 8th Avenue in midtown Manhattan,
right in the heart of the jazz world. The only international convention &
festival for jazz lovers is open to all. Highlights include scores of
performances by leading and emerging artists covering the broad array of
styles that make up this music. Featured artists include McCoy Tyner,
